Return Butler LLC User Agreement

Welcome to Return Butler LLC (“Company,” “we,” “our,” or “us”). By accessing  or using our services, website, or mobile application (collectively, the “Services”),  you (“User,” “you,” or “your”) agree to be bound by this User Agreement  (“Agreement”). Please read this Agreement carefully before using our Services. 

1. Acceptance of Terms 

By using our Services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and  agree to be bound by this Agreement and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree  with these terms, you should not use our Services. 

2. Service Overview 

Return Butler LLC provides personal item return services, including but not  limited to packaging, pickup, transportation, and return of items on behalf of  customers. The Services are offered on an “as-is” and “as-available” basis. 

3. No Liability for Personal Items or Information 

By using our Services, you agree that Return Butler LLC is not responsible or  liable for any personal items, property, or information provided to us in  connection with our Services, including but not limited to: • Loss, Theft, or Damage: We are not liable for any loss, theft, damage, or  

destruction of personal items during pickup, transit, storage, or return. It is  your responsibility to ensure the security and proper packaging of your  items. 

• Incorrect or Incomplete Returns: We do not guarantee that your  returned item(s) will be accepted, processed, or refunded by the recipient  (e.g., retailer or business). 
• Confidential or Personal Information: You acknowledge that you  should not include any sensitive, personal, or confidential information in  items provided for return. Return Butler LLC is not responsible for any  loss, misuse, or unauthorized disclosure of any such information. 

4. User Responsibilities 

As a user of our Services, you agree to the following:

• Accurate Information: You must provide accurate, complete, and  updated information when using our Services. 
• Proper Packaging: You are responsible for ensuring that your items are  securely packaged for transit. 
• Compliance with Laws: You may not use our Services for illegal,  fraudulent, or prohibited purposes. 
• No Hazardous or Restricted Items: You may not provide items that are  hazardous, perishable, illegal, or otherwise restricted by law or carrier  policies. 

5. Limitation of Liability 

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Return Butler LLC and its affiliates,  officers, employees, agents, and contractors shall not be liable for any  direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages,  including but not limited to: 

• Loss of property, income, or profits. 
• Business interruptions or delays. 
• Any errors, mistakes, or inaccuracies in the return process. • Unauthorized access to or use of your personal information. By using our Services, you waive any and all claims against Return Butler LLC  for any damages, losses, or liabilities related to your personal items or  information. 

6. Indemnification 

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Return Butler LLC, its  employees, officers, directors, and affiliates from any claims, losses, damages,  liabilities, costs, and expenses (including legal fees) arising from your use of the  Services, your violation of this Agreement, or any third-party claims related to the  items you provide for return. 

7. Disclaimer of Warranties 

Return Butler LLC makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the  reliability, security, accuracy, or availability of our Services. We do not  guarantee that: 

• The Services will be uninterrupted or error-free. 
• All items will be successfully returned or accepted by the recipient. • Any refunds or exchanges will be processed by third parties. All Services are provided on an “as-is” and “as-available” basis without  warranties of any kind.

8. Termination and Suspension 

Return Butler LLC reserves the right to suspend, terminate, or restrict your  access to the Services at our sole discretion if we believe you have violated this  Agreement or engaged in fraudulent, abusive, or illegal activity. 

9. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution 

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws  of the state in which Return Butler LLC operates, without regard to its conflict of  law principles. 

Any disputes arising out of or related to this Agreement or the Services shall be  resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the  [American Arbitration Association/another arbitration body], and judgment on the  arbitration award may be entered in any court with jurisdiction. 

10. Changes to This Agreement 

Return Butler LLC reserves the right to update or modify this Agreement at any  time. Changes will be posted on our website, and your continued use of the  Services constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
